Hours of Operation
USA Racing is open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5pm. Earlier and later hours are available by appointment for pickups and drop offs. Please make sure to contact us in advance for coordination.
Appointments
While appointments are not required, we strongly recommend contacting us by phone or email before visiting. Scheduling ahead ensures that the appropriate team member is available to discuss your project, answer questions, and provide the best possible service during your visit.
Payment Terms
We accept most purchase orders from businesses and organizations. We reserve the right to require a deposit or full payment on any order.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Master Card, Amex, Discover, Personal checks or cash.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted based on a few qualifications. A refund or invoice credit will be given in the event that USA Racing is at fault for an issue with the order. If the issue is on the customers end(ie; wrong size ordered, wrong colors selected) a refund will not be given and the product will need to be paid for in full.
Order Cancellation
Most of our orders are placed within hours of being approved. If you decide to cancel after we have purchased your products you will be subject to a $50 fee and a restocking fee if applicable.
Reorders
A reorder is based on the number of shirts that are being ordered and not on the original order pricing. If the re-order is placed 5 days after the initial order is complete there will be a $15 screen reorder charge as well. The minimum number of shirts for a reorder is 25. Please allow up to two weeks for a reorder to be completed.
Shipping Date Accuracy
While most shipping estimates are fairly accurate, we are not responsible for delays caused by issues with the shipping company. This includes weather delays and lost or damaged packages. If you need a package by a certain date we will do our best to ensure the package is delivered on time.
Do You Do Custom Sizing?
Over the years, we have worked closely with our customers to develop a range of standard sizing templates designed to accommodate the majority of needs. Due to the extensive time, testing, and refinement involved in creating these standardized templates, we are unable to offer custom resizing upon individual request.

Additionally, for screen printed designs, we maintain standardized maximum print dimensions to ensure consistent quality and proper fit across all garment sizes.
How many colors can be included in a screen-printed design?
Our advanced screen printing technology supports multi-color designs, ensuring every color is vibrant, crisp, and accurately aligned. To maintain the highest level of print quality, consistency, and value, our screen printing process accommodates designs with up to 6 colors plus white. Through years of experience, we have found this to be the ideal maximum for producing bold, detailed artwork while delivering the reliable, high-quality results our customers expect.
